Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders, both within the United States and internationally.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time: After processing, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days for both domestic and international orders. Total time from order to delivery is typically 11–21 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help locate your package.
